Beaches without waves near Phuket

🗾Coral Island Goh Hee (also known as Ko He or Koh Hae) is a true gem just a few kilometers from Phuket. The local beaches are perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in picturesque tropical jungles. It’s a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts, and thanks to its favorable location, there are hardly any waves, even during the low season.

🛶You can reach the beaches of Ko He by longtail boat from Rawai or Chalong Pier in just 20 minutes. Renting a boat will cost 1500-2000 baht round trip, including waiting time.

🍌Banana Beach

This intimate beach is nestled in a bay, surrounded by cliffs and sheltered from the wind. Here you’ll find white sand, turquoise water, a gentle slope into the sea, and many colorful fish swimming just a few meters from the shore.

Banana Beach features a cafe, small shops, and most importantly, incredible natural photo spots. The entrance fee is 100 baht, and you can use the sunbeds, showers, and restrooms.
