Application process: The visa can be processed in Phuket within 30 days without leaving the country. If the processing time is insufficient, a border run can be made, and the procedure can be completed upon return. The visa cost depends on its duration.

- Passport (valid for at least 8 months);
- Annual housing rental contract;
- Copy of the blue book (house registration document) and ID of the property owner with their signature;
- TM30 registration form;
- Recent photograph (4×6 cm) taken within the last six months.
