The restaurant’s owner, French chef Mario Ninotta, was so enchanted by a vacation on Phuket that he decided to bring a piece of France to the island. For Mario, it was essential to convey all aspects of French culinary traditions: a professional approach to food, presentation, compliments, and the sense of a shared meal, a significant social aspect in France.
The menu at the French restaurant in Bang Tao includes French, Italian (the chef is half-Italian), European, and Thai dishes, all infused with a subtle French flair.
