Mantra Forest Spa – an oasis of tranquility hidden in the jungles of the picturesque Phang Nga province. This vast 20,000 sq. m space is designed so that every step becomes a small journey into your own body – from deep relaxation to gentle rejuvenation.

From the very first moments, your inner rhythm seems to shift – from urban to natural. The space is thoughtfully arranged so that rest unfolds gradually, layer by layer:

Herbal pools at the spa center. A thermal zone where you can immerse yourself in turmeric, green tea, coffee, cucumber, or the signature tom yum bath. Each formula has its own aroma, effect, and mood.

Rain cave. A cool grotto with a light mist and a quiet waterfall – an ideal place to cool down after the sauna and bring your breath into balance.

Outdoor massage. Two open-air platforms nestled in the shade of trees. Here they offer traditional Thai and oil massages, with the sounds of the forest becoming the natural soundtrack of the treatment.

Prices:

Back and shoulder massage, 15 minutes – 200 baht
Thai massage, 40 minutes – 500 baht, 50 minutes – 600 baht

Cedar sauna. A two-room space filled with a natural aroma that purifies, relaxes, and brings a sense of lightness.

Between treatments, you can stop by the cozy café on the spa grounds – where nourishing dishes and drinks are served. Towels, showers, and lockers are included in the price of the day pass.
