PSN Muay Thai Gym is a training facility for Muay Thai located in the tourist area of Patong. Group classes are held twice a day, focusing primarily on technique and endurance. Trainers work to correct each participant directly during the session, helping beginners quickly notice progress.
Group training welcomes students of all levels, with the training process adapting to each individual. Private sessions with titled coaches are available daily, perfect for refining strikes, clinch work, and improving movement mechanics.
The coaching team listens to the students’ goals and wishes. Children also train here, without pressure and with a clear understanding of the learning process. Experienced students — both kids and adults — regularly compete and achieve results.
