What to wear? Comfortable clothing and shoes that fit securely. Helmets and protective gloves are provided on-site. Before starting the course, make sure your pockets are empty, and if you have long hair, we recommend tying it up neatly.
Water is provided. Instructors can film your adventure on your phone so you’ll have vivid memories. We recommend charging your device before the trip.
