Is there a ban on alcohol sales at night in Phuket?

In Phuket, alcohol sales are restricted during the day as well. There is a ban on selling alcohol in stores from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the day, at night and from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the morning.
