Where is the best place to exchange money? I’m interested in exchanging rubles for baht.

You can exchange money at the airport, hotels, or street exchange booths, but the exchange rate there will not be favorable. It’s best to exchange money at banks, for that you’ll need your passport. The best exchange rates can be found at banks in the Central Festival shopping mall. As for street exchange booths, it’s more profitable to exchange currency in Patong, where there’s high competition, and the exchange rates aren’t too inflated.
