Aerial Yoga Pro studio offers a unique approach to full-body training. It combines traditional Hatha Yoga with functional fitness workouts, elements of acrobatics, and dance.
This studio welcomes everyone, regardless of experience level. You can visit an open house event, meet the instructors, learn more about the programs, and even try basic poses in the aerial hammocks.
Aerial Yoga Pro is open every day except Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All necessary yoga equipment is provided at the studio.
