What kind of attraction is this?
It’s an interactive horror quest with live actors and special effects — a mix of horror and escape-room, where you progress through scenes and solve challenges under pressure.
Are there age restrictions or fear levels?
Yes, there are two programs to choose from: the standard one for 18+ and a lighter version for 12+. Entry is prohibited for intoxicated guests and those with certain health restrictions.
Who should avoid participating?
People with the following conditions are advised not to participate:
- Photosensitive epilepsy
- Heart conditions
- Respiratory problems
- Limited mobility
- Mental disorders
- Claustrophobia
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes (no heels).
When should I arrive? Can the date be changed?
Arrive 15 minutes before the start to avoid rushing. The team will meet you at the scheduled time. A delay of up to 10 minutes is acceptable. Rescheduling is possible for valid reasons, under the following conditions:
- Only once
- No later than 3 hours before the session
If rescheduled closer to the start or a second time, the deposit is non-refundable.
Is there a transfer? How do I get there?
There is no official transfer. Dark House is located in Chalong; you can get there by taxi or rented transport.
