Evelyn Rose Massage is a small salon in Karon, tucked away in a narrow lane opposite Dino Park. Look for the rose sign; the entrance is from Patak Road through the courtyard. Because it isn’t on the main strip, the atmosphere inside is calm: there’s no street noise, soft relaxing music plays, and the windows look out onto greenery. The space feels clean and well kept, with comfortable chairs and massage beds, and guests are offered water after the treatment.
The salon’s main strength is solid, professional bodywork — especially for tense or problem areas. The menu includes traditional Thai massage, oil relaxation massage, coconut oil and milk options, aloe vera massage, and facial massage. Foot massage is a particular highlight: you can choose a version with a scrub, and the work can be quite deep — ideal when your legs feel heavy after long walks or when you want to reduce swelling.
Pressure is adjusted on request, so you can ask for a gentler touch or a stronger one. The staff are generally not very talkative and may have limited foreign-language skills, so it’s best to clearly explain your preferred pressure and any sensitive areas right away.
Pedicures are also available, but it’s worth approaching them with caution and confirming the exact procedure in advance. A nice touch: the salon has a resident cat, Thomas, who adds a cozy, homey feel.
