Land and Houses Chalong Club House is a community hub in Phuket located within a gated, security-controlled estate with plenty of open space — wide internal roads, room for walks, a children’s playground, and neatly kept homes. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, an international school is nearby, and the area sits in a convenient “central” part of the island.

The main highlight is its family-friendly sports and wellness facilities. The clubhouse features a large swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children, a fitness gym, yoga and aerobics studios, a dedicated Zumba room, and a covered multi-purpose court for basketball, badminton, and pickleball. It’s well suited both for active days and for a laid-back afternoon by the water. Basic facilities are available on a day-pass basis (around 100 THB), while massage and spa services are charged separately.

On-site there’s also a restaurant serving Thai and Western food, with straightforward, familiar dishes, drinks, and a comfortable, casual setting. The venue can host events as well — family celebrations, parties, and weddings — and a nearby lake adds a resort-park feel to the surroundings. A church gathering takes place on Sundays at 10:00, and it’s easy to stay for lunch afterward.

The complex isn’t new, so some areas occasionally need light cosmetic upkeep. Service is generally friendly, though at times it may be less attentive with children.
