The core of the menu features beloved Kazakh dishes: lagman, shurpa, pilaf, baursaks, as well as Slavic favorites — borscht, dumplings (pelmeni), okroshka, potato pancakes (draniki), and blini. The menu also includes dishes from China, Japan, Korea, Myanmar, and Thailand. Exotic dishes are adapted for guests from CIS countries while preserving their authenticity.
The main concept of the bistro is that guests can choose how deeply they want to dive into Asian cuisine and personally adjust the spice level and intensity of flavors when ordering.
Important: the restaurant still does not use flavor enhancers — vibrant taste is achieved through natural spices and secret techniques.
