Phuket Yacht Club is a sailing training center for children and adults located in Chalong Bay. The school was founded in partnership with Seahorse Sailing Phuket to promote and develop a sailing culture on the island.
The mission of Phuket Yacht Club is to cultivate team spirit, respect for nature, self-confidence, and healthy competition. Thanks to its professional approach, many students quickly master the basics and go on to participate in national and international regattas.
The sailing school instructors are accredited to ISSA international standards (International Sailing Schools Association). They are trained in water safety, certified in first aid, and vetted by the Royal Thai Police.
Training Options
- Group courses for children (ages 7–17) — weekend programs and extended 3–4 day courses during school holidays. The maximum group size is 7 students.
- Adult training — private courses of various durations depending on individual goals. No prior experience is required.
