Smile Tennis Academy Phuket is a tennis venue in the heart of Phuket Town, conveniently set right next to everyday city amenities. After a match, it’s easy to stop by Lotus, take a walk around the neighborhood, or grab a bite at a buffet-style place nearby. The club is simple to locate and reach, parking is available on site, and the reception area is clean and pleasant.
The academy offers two outdoor courts with recently refreshed surfaces. A few practical details are worth noting: some parts of the courts have a noticeable slope from the net toward the sidelines, and the separation between adjacent courts isn’t fully enclosed, so balls can occasionally roll or fly into the neighboring court. There’s no roof cover, while court rental typically runs at around 300–450 THB per hour/session.
Both group and private coaching are available, including lessons for children — regular practice can bring fast progress even for preschoolers. Equipment is provided, though the condition of the rackets varies and they don’t always look new.
For recovery after playing, the club has a pool and showers on site. One rule to keep in mind: dogs are not allowed. Communication with staff can occasionally feel abrupt, so it’s best to confirm coaching details and the lesson format in advance when making a booking.
