STAY FIT is a 24-hour fitness center located within the STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort in the Rawai area.
The club spans three floors, with one dedicated entirely to high-intensity interval training (HIIT). In addition, the fitness center offers over 55 group classes per week, including yoga, Muay Thai, and outdoor workouts.
Guests can also enjoy LeSpa services to relax after intense training sessions, as well as on-site healthy dining restaurants.
STAY FIT provides various membership options. A monthly gym pass costs 2,900 ฿, granting access to all three floors of the club. Other membership options are also available.
