Tarzan Adventure Phuket in Panwa is the perfect place if you’re just starting to explore rope courses at height. The rope park is small in size but offers trails of varying difficulty, rope bridges, and ziplines, making it ideal for beginners.
What the park offers: 42 platforms with ziplines, 15 suspension bridges, 17 rope crossings, 3 ropeways, and a skateboard zipline. The ziplines are set in a beautiful scenic location on top of a hill, with the starting point overlooking the sea.

What to wear? Comfortable clothing and snug-fitting shoes. A helmet will be provided on site. Jewelry should be removed, and those with long hair are advised to tie it neatly to avoid getting caught in the equipment.
What not to bring? Water and food – you’ll be provided with water during the course and fresh fruit afterward. There’s also a cafe on-site. A personal camera won’t be needed either: bringing personal belongings on the course is not allowed. But don’t worry – guides can take photos for you on your smartphone.
Who cannot participate? Pregnant women, people shorter than 130 cm, and those weighing over 120 kg. Children under 130 cm are only allowed on the course if accompanied by an adult.
