The chef is an Italian who, taking his grandmother’s recipe as a basis, refined it to perfection and got an incredible dough for bread and buns, which takes 50 hours to make! These buns are used here to make absolutely masterpiece and unlike anything else burgers. The serving itself is also a separate show, the burger is served under a hood with a spectacular smoke coming from there. The bun is served with homemade cold-pressed olive oil (you can choose from: garlic, rosemary, chili), Italian homemade sugar-free ketchup with white balsamic vinegar and basil, 6-year-old balsamic cream and whipped mortadella from Bologna….
