To climb up to the temple, you have to pass the test of the “road of purification” – 1237 stone steps at a slope of almost 70 degrees. According to legend, Buddha himself climbed this mountain and left his footprint on the rock. The path is not easy and requires good physical fitness, but the panorama that opens up from the top makes you quickly forget about the hard climb.
