Maksim Chukanov has honed his craft in Denmark, Austria, and Singapore – and now brings his creativity to Phuket. At L’Arôme by the Sea, he’s unveiling a bold new vision that blends refined techniques with a deep respect for nature. One thing remains unchanged: an unwavering commitment to the finest ingredients.

Each dish on the new menu captures the spirit of the ocean, crafted exclusively from premium ingredients. The tasting menu is a harmonious fusion of Asian and European flavors: Japanese Wagyu and sea urchin, French oysters, and Thai vanilla ice cream. Every plate is designed to surprise and delight with unexpected pairings.

On the restaurant’s veranda, guests can enjoy a more relaxed dining experience with a la carte offerings. L’Arôme by the Sea is now more accessible than ever – while still carrying the DNA of haute cuisine.
