Yes, there is a “Russian Pharmacy” in Phuket, located in the Kata area (here is the Google Maps location). Russian-speaking pharmacists work there and can provide proper consultations.
Important: the medications sold in this pharmacy come with instructions in Russian, including descriptions of the drugs and recommendations for use.
Please note that prices at the “Russian Pharmacy” may seem slightly higher than in Thai pharmacies.
