The capybara trend has reached Phuket! In Phuket Town, a Capybara Cafe has opened where you can interact with these adorable animals. Hug them, pet them, take selfies — absolutely! You can even find your own plush capybara to take home. The gift shop sells stuffed toys, T-shirts, pillows, and other capybara-themed goodies.

Alongside the capybaras, you’ll also find sugar gliders, guinea pigs, a dog, a cat, and fish — it’s a full petting zoo. There’s a play area for kids and cozy photo zones with plush capybaras for those who love taking pictures.

And yes, you can eat here too: the cafe serves Thai dishes, milkshakes, and cocktails.
