Crocodile leather products are quite popular in Phuket, but it is not always possible to find high-quality items, and there is a risk of coming across counterfeits.
To be sure of authenticity, head to shopping malls. In Jungceylon and Central Patong, there are Bangkok Bootery chain boutiques specializing in exotic leather products. There you will definitely not find fakes, but be prepared for rather high prices.
In Patong, there is a small shop called Friendship Leather with custom exotic products. There you will find a wide selection of bags and shoes, as well as designer items.
At the Malin Plaza night market, you can also find stalls with exotic goods. There you can bargain and lower the price, but unfortunately, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee of authenticity of the products.
Of course, products are also sold at crocodile farms, but at an overpriced rate. It is better to look for suitable options in stores.
