The training area is bright, spacious, and comfortably cool thanks to air conditioning. Inside you’ll find modern, mostly new equipment geared toward strength training and bodybuilding, a solid selection of free weights and cardio machines, dedicated zones for stretching and Pilates, and separate rooms/corners with boxing bags. There’s also a small outdoor area with bags, monkey bars, and a tire. At peak hours (roughly 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), it gets busier and you may need to wait for the most popular machines.
The club maintains high cleanliness standards: tidy locker rooms and restrooms, plus cleaning stations located near the equipment. Lockers, towels, showers, and private changing areas are available.
The on-site café focuses on a balanced menu — tuna sandwiches and wraps, mushroom soup, pancakes, and zucchini waffles — along with drinks ranging from “healthy” options to sweeter choices. Staff are friendly and attentive, and communicating in English is easy.
A few things to note: prices are above the local average (around 500 THB for a day pass and 1,500 THB for a week), the music can be quite loud, and promotions or membership terms sometimes need to be clarified in person.
