Ao Nang Goat Farm is a small, privately run farm tucked away in lush greenery, far from the busy roads. There are no staged “shows” or pushy service here — just a quiet jungle hideaway where people come to enjoy a calm atmosphere and spend time with animals.
The main attraction is getting up close with the goats. You’ll find both adult goats and plenty of kids, and you’re welcome to pet them, cuddle them, step into the enclosure, and take photos at your own pace. The goats are friendly, gentle, and happy to interact. For feeding, visitors are given large leaves (palm, bamboo, and other plants), and sometimes bananas. The standout experience for many is bottle‑feeding the baby goats with milk.
The farm is neat and well cared for: it’s clean, simply laid out, and easy to navigate. The animals have plenty of space and their own shelters. Everything happens in an unhurried, relaxed way — you can easily stay for an hour or longer, especially if you’re visiting with children.
There’s no fixed entry fee: the farm runs on voluntary donations via a donation box. The owner is kind and attentive, and even if his English is limited, it doesn’t really matter — the format is straightforward and self‑explanatory.
It’s worth planning your ride back in advance: it’s easiest to come by tuk‑tuk or arrange for a driver to wait for you.
