Cafe 23 is a cozy spot in the Rawai / Nai Harn area of Phuket, with a sleek modern interior and a calm, relaxed vibe. It’s a great place for breakfast, getting some work done on a laptop, or simply dropping in for a coffee. Inside, you’ll find comfortable seating and strong air conditioning; outside, there are tables cooled by ceiling fans. A big bonus is the spacious parking area nearby for both cars and motorbikes.
The menu focuses on breakfast and brunch. Options include Eggs Benedict (including a bacon version), a classic American breakfast, a McMuffin-style sandwich, salmon toast, and muesli with yogurt and fresh fruit. There are also lighter, health-forward choices such as house-made granola and Greek yogurt, protein balls, and a mango chia cup. Ingredients are high quality, and the bread is served fresh.
The coffee program is solid, with everything from black coffee to cappuccino and flat white, plus flavorful signature drinks like the Mocha Boost. One of the highlights here is the coffee, smoothies, and protein shakes: portions are generous, flavors are rich, and you’ll also find milkshakes (Oreo, Choco Power) and dessert-style smoothies like Nutella. Occasionally, they’ll add a small complimentary energy ball with your order.
The staff are attentive and friendly, and the cafe is pet-friendly. A couple of minor notes: pastries like croissants can sell out, and when it’s busy, it’s worth asking for hot dishes to be served piping hot.
