Hohiho Restaurant & Cafe Phuket is a cozy spot in a quiet, slightly tucked-away part of Phuket, near a residential community. It’s easy to get here by car thanks to a large parking area and a convenient entrance — no need to worry about finding a space.
The interior feels neat and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of photo-friendly corners. The main highlight is the lush garden area with an outdoor terrace and covered veranda: lots of greenery, shade, a gentle breeze, soft background music, and an unhurried, relaxing vibe. Depending on your mood, you can sit in the air-conditioned room, on the balcony, or in a garden nook. It’s also a comfortable place to work on a laptop without too much noise or bustle around you.
Drinks are one of the café’s strengths. There’s a solid coffee selection (including dirty coffee, cappuccino, and rose iced Americano), along with matcha, Thai tea, and iced chocolate. For something sweet, people often go for the carrot cake and other desserts, and there’s sometimes complimentary popcorn as a small welcome treat. The menu leans European and is strong on breakfast options — Eggs Benedict, croissants with ham and egg, brioche with scrambled eggs, chicken burritos, quesadillas, pasta, and dishes such as Salmon Pesto Risotto. Cocktails are available as well.
Prices are on the higher side, with a 10% service charge plus tax added on top. The café opens early but closes relatively early too, usually around 5–6 PM. Restrooms are clean, well maintained, and air-conditioned. A couple of things to keep in mind: the quality of some dishes and drinks can be inconsistent, and there are no halal options.
