Many consider this beach one of the best in Phuket. It’s quiet, cozy, and very picturesque. On both sides of the beach are huge rocks that make it very photogenic.
There are almost no pushy vendors, noise, or hustle and bustle here. During high season, when the sea is calm, families with children choose this beach. In low season, the situation changes, and surfers come here to conquer the waves.
Most of the shoreline is blocked by the luxury Katathani hotel; free access is only available in the northern part via stairs and in the southern part through a parking area for motorbikes. During peak hours, parking can be difficult.
There are sun loungers and umbrellas available. Water activities are offered: boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing trips.
In the southern part of the beach, Insider recommends snorkeling, and in the northern part – arranging a sunset photoshoot.
