Lighthouse Kindergarten Chalong

Lighthouse Kindergarten Chalong is an international preschool for children aged 1 to 7, where little ones grow, play, and learn in an engaging and joyful environment. The curriculum is based on Canadian educational standards, closely aligned with Montessori and Waldorf methods, and is designed to support the holistic development of each child. Through playful learning, children naturally immerse themselves in the English language.

Children progress smoothly from one stage to the next: starting with nursery for ages 1+, then Kindergarten Level 1 (K1) for ages 3–4, and Kindergarten Level 2 (K2) for ages 3–5. After that, they transition to Grade 1 and begin preparing for school.

At Lighthouse, we understand that children learn most rapidly before the age of five. That’s why, starting at age three, they begin learning phonics with the Jolly Phonics system, developing the ability to read enthusiastically by the age of five. The curriculum also includes creative arts, sciences, and of course, physical education.

Our experienced teaching team includes native English speakers, many of whom have been with us since the school’s founding. They’ve built a warm, family-like atmosphere based on trust. Every Friday, parents receive a progress report highlighting their child’s achievements.

The campus is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail: cozy, well-equipped classrooms, creative spaces, and outdoor play areas featuring swings, sandpits, and trampolines. Safety is a top priority — the gated campus is thoroughly secured.

Meals feel just like home — lovingly prepared with care, featuring hot, balanced dishes and healthy snacks made without artificial additives. Dietary restrictions and allergies are carefully considered.

We offer a flexible payment system: you can pay per day for short stays, or choose weekly, monthly, or quarterly plans depending on your needs.
