MARNI Phuket Town is an Italian restaurant in Phuket Town with a clear focus on Neapolitan pizza and a thoughtfully curated pasta menu. The kitchen moves fast: dishes arrive without long waits, and the flavors rely on high-quality ingredients and precise technique.
The standout here is the pizza dough — soft and airy inside with a lightly crisp crust. Toppings are generous and bold: the prosciutto-and-truffle options shine, there’s spicy ’Nduja for heat lovers, and a lighter Siciliano for something more delicate. Pizza is also easy to order for takeaway. Pasta is cooked properly al dente, with sauces that are rich yet never heavy. Highlights include squid-ink pasta, puttanesca, and truffle-forward dishes (including pasta and potatoes with truffle). Good add-ons are burrata and the mussel soup, and tiramisu is a solid choice for dessert.
Inside, the atmosphere is neat and pleasant — comfortable with a touch of understated elegance — backed by a well-chosen playlist. There’s also a charming outdoor area, ideal for oysters and sparkling wine. Service is friendly and attentive: the staff happily walk you through the menu and help with special requests, including halal-friendly options.
The restaurant can get very busy, so booking ahead is recommended. Parking is available but limited, and corkage is 500 THB. Outdoor seating may depend on the weather and can feel hot at times.
