Merlin Beach is a small peaceful beach near Patong that belongs to Marriott hotel but is open to everyone. Mostly hotel guests relax here, few tourists. Great spot for those seeking quiet close to busy Patong.
We recommend coming during high tide and wearing swimming shoes, as to reach depth, you have to walk over rocks. The waves here are weak.
