The beach is located not far from Patong and belongs to the Marriott hotel, but entry is free for all visitors. Most visitors are hotel guests. Overall, there aren’t many people here, which is particularly attractive for those who value a peaceful vacation.
We recommend coming during high tide and wearing swimming shoes, as you’ll need to walk over rocks to reach deeper water. The waves here are mild.
The beach is situated in a picturesque bay surrounded by tropical trees and is especially beautiful at sunset. If you take a walk, you can find a clearing with flowers and panoramic views of the coastline. As you’ve guessed, there are plenty of photo opportunities.
Additionally, there’s rich marine life here: white sand mixed with shells and corals, many reefs, and clear turquoise water. It’s an excellent place for snorkeling, though the entrance is quite rocky. Don’t forget to check the tide schedule before visiting to ensure your vacation expectations are met.
For infrastructure, the beach has a massage salon, bars, and restaurants.
