Powerhouse Phuket is a multicultural martial arts club founded by Jack Low from the UK. The coaching team consists of professionals from the USA, England, and Thailand.
The club offers both group and individual Muay Thai training sessions. In group classes, students are divided by skill level, taking into account different abilities — making it a comfortable environment for both beginners and experienced fighters.
For advanced fighters, there’s a special class accessible by invitation only, after an assessment of skill level. Being surrounded by true professionals pushes progress even further.
The gym also organizes Thailand Retreats — two and four-week sports retreats in Phuket featuring resort accommodation, balanced nutrition, and comprehensive training programs. The program features group and personal training sessions, specialized seminars, sauna and ice bath recovery, excursions, and visits to live fights at a local stadium.
