Southside MMA Thailand is a modern training complex in Phuket, where various martial arts are taught, including Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and MMA, as well as providing services for full recovery and rest.
The center’s infrastructure includes spacious training halls equipped with the latest gear, professional rings, and mats. For recovery after workouts, a spa area with sauna, steam room, ice bath, as well as a pool and sunbathing area are available. In addition, there is a gym with modern machines for cardio and strength training on the premises.
