Pure Serenity Luxury Spa is located right inside the Radisson RED Patong Beach hotel and immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The space is quiet and impeccably kept, with a clean reception area and a calm, unhurried atmosphere. The staff are discreet yet attentive, helping guests choose the right treatment and ensuring comfort at every step.
The menu is built around a strong massage tradition: classic Thai massage, aromatherapy, sports therapy, targeted work for the back and shoulders, and full-body sessions. Therapists adjust the pressure with precision, spend time on tight areas, and noticeably ease post-walk fatigue, shoulder tension, and lower-back discomfort.
Facial and scalp treatments deserve special mention. The spa offers head spa / hair spa programs, combined “head + face” options, oxygen treatments, and facials such as Vitamin C and green tea. After the more comprehensive rituals, skin looks fresher and smoother, while hair feels softer and well cared for.
Service is enhanced by thoughtful details: each visit begins with a foot cleansing ritual, and guests are offered a light drink and small treats both before and after the session. The experience is rounded out by fair pricing for this level of service and a consistently professional approach.
