How long does a swimming lesson last?
- 30-minute session – suitable for infants and children up to 3 years old.
- 45-minute session – standard training for adults, teenagers, and children over 3 years old.
- 60-minute session – intensive training, suitable for adults and teenagers with an advanced level of preparation.
