Supergirl Jaroonsak Muaythai Gym is a unique place for practicing Muay Thai. Why unique? Because it was founded by Charoon Jantasri and his daughter Anna – the very same “Super Girl.” Together, they decided to create a space where every student could feel like part of a true Muay Thai family.
People of all ages train at the gym. Group classes are held twice a day – in the morning and evening. For faster progress, you can book personal training sessions tailored to specific goals: fitness, self-defense, or fight preparation. The gym also offers elite coaching with experienced masters. Trainers speak English, Thai, and Chinese.
The sports club’s space includes a large hall, a ring, and areas with machines and punching bags. You can also use the gym independently, without joining the main classes.
