The Siam Supper Club in Phuket (Boat Avenue area) is an atmospheric restaurant-bar with a “big city” feel and a subtle retro vibe. It’s the kind of place where you drop in for an aperitif and end up staying for dinner — especially in the evenings, when live music and a bit of bar-team flair add to the experience.
The menu is built around steaks and meat-forward dishes. Expect Wagyu ribeye, tenderloin, burgers, “rib lasagna,” and chicken wings. Standout favorites include the French onion soup, tartare, and vegetable starters; seafood lovers are well looked after too, with sea bass done particularly well. Portions are generous, and the setting works nicely for birthdays and group dinners.
The bar alone is worth the visit. The cocktail list is confidently put together, and the classics are executed with real precision — Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, Mai Tai, and Pornstar Martini among them. The wine selection is solid (especially the reds), making it easy to pair with the meat-heavy menu. A major bonus is happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00, with 50% off drinks.
A few things to note: on certain nights service can be slower than expected, the live music can run quite loud, and some less common drinks may sell out quickly.
