The Tent Phuket in Old Town is a breakfast and brunch café with a camping-inspired interior, teepee-style décor, cozy tables, and photogenic, Instagram-ready plating. The space feels airy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a calm vibe — an easy spot to hide from the heat or wait out a rain shower with a cup of coffee or something iced.

The menu is extensive and works for different moods: classic choices like a full English breakfast, omelets, eggs Benedict, salmon bagels, and avocado toast sit alongside sweeter options such as French toast, waffles, oatmeal and Nutella pancakes, and banana porridge with cinnamon and honey. If you prefer a lighter start, you’ll also find fruit, yogurt, smoothies, and other “healthy” picks. A standout bonus is the variety of vegetarian dishes, plus gluten-free options and plant-based milk.

Portions are generous, prices often feel reasonable for an Old Town location, and the coffee — Americano and cappuccino included — is consistently solid. Card payments are accepted from 300 THB; contactless may not always work, so it’s best to bring cash or a physical card.

Service is generally friendly, though it can be a bit reserved and occasionally slow — you may need to follow up on your order. When it comes to the food, it’s worth paying attention to freshness and doneness: some dishes can come out a little too simple or not quite cooked the way you’d expect, so if you’re unsure, it’s a good idea to clarify details with the staff.
