Yoga Shala Rawai opened in June 2022. Before moving to Rawai, director Jason Douglas Schramm owned and managed yoga studios in the USA for over 20 years.
The studio offers daily classes in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Yoga, as well as meditation sessions. You will feel the incredible benefits of these practices after just one session — your body will become more flexible, and your mind will find calmness.
The studio also has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, along with a bar serving coffee, smoothies, and fresh juices.
