It’s clean, quiet, and genuinely comfortable: there are loungers in the relaxation area, a soothing “back-to-nature” vibe throughout, and the staff are attentive and discreet, helping you plan treatments and settle in.
What really sets it apart is a full spa area with a pool, steam rooms, and cold plunges. Guests have access to a dry sauna and a hammam, a refreshing pool (including underwater “lanes/training features”), and an ice-cold plunge for contrast after heating up. It works equally well for a quick visit or a slow, unhurried “sauna–pool–cold” day.
Massage is another strong point. Treatments, including aromatherapy massage, are performed professionally with a focus on deep relaxation and releasing tension. You’re offered tea before your session, and it’s easy to continue unwinding in the shared lounge area afterward.
Pricing strikes a rare balance: day access to the spa zone is around 200 THB, and a towel costs 20 THB; if you book a massage, entry to the spa area may be cheaper. There’s also a bar and food on-site (including burgers). Drinks are served neatly and priced reasonably. A couple of small notes: some features — like the jacuzzi and shower area — may feel fairly basic, and shampoo/shower gel isn’t provided in the showers.
