It’s best to plan your visit in the afternoon, so you can explore the area in daylight and then enjoy the sunset while watching the coastline light up at night. You can reach Windmill Viewpoint by car; there is a parking lot, though it’s small, so arriving early or parking along the road is recommended. It’s about a 25-minute walk uphill from Nai Harn Beach, so bring water if you’re going on foot. There’s also a small stand on-site selling ice cream and snacks.
