Yoga by Niti is located in Rawai. It is a small, intimate space where the owner, Niti, personally leads yoga and meditation sessions while also offering delicious and healthy meals.
Niti is a mentor with a very warm and welcoming energy. Her studio is peaceful and quiet, with soft lighting that helps you relax. Candles and aroma lamps with essential oils create the perfect atmosphere for deep practice.
Niti teaches Yin Yoga, which focuses on relaxation of both the body and mind. This practice is a magical key that opens multiple doors on the path to self-discovery. It helps address many common modern-day challenges, such as mental restlessness, anxiety, stress, fears, physical tension, exhaustion, loss of identity, deeply buried emotional wounds, and body acceptance issues.
