February’s Best Finds for Phuket Insider
We continue sharing our discoveries with you — we’ve put together a fresh selection of places we discovered in February 2026. This list features new cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, and massage salons in Phuket that have opened recently and haven’t yet been featured in guidebooks or top lists.
Coffee Shops
Sunny Cafe

A new cafe in Bang Tao that is already claiming the title of one of the best spots for coffee and matcha in this part of the island. Good coffee in Phuket is generally more the exception than the rule. At Sunny Cafe, they truly know how to handle it, using high-quality beans from Brazil and Colombia. A special point of pride is their ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha.
Dessert + coffee = a classic duo. The display case will 100% catch the attention of anyone with a sweet tooth: cinnamon rolls, honey cake, “Napoleon,” and the beloved curd snack bars popular in CIS countries.
The interior is minimalist and pleasant, without unnecessary details — a great place to work on your laptop or meet up with friends. And, which is quite uncommon for Bang Tao, the prices remain within a comfortable range.
FIF TEA Phuket
Geo on Google Maps (Phuket Town)
Working hours:
Rather than a coffee shop, it’s more of a tea house. The place is located in Phuket Town — a cozy interior with warm lighting invites you to take unhurried breaks after strolling through the historic streets.
The menu features unusual variations of Thai tea: with coconut, orange pulp, almond, lemon, peach… You can adjust the sweetness to your liking — a plus for those who don’t enjoy sugar crunching on their teeth.
The real must-try here is the Thai tea with peanut butter: delicate, creamy, and not overly sweet.
Another innovation of this tea house is the crispy croffle — a hybrid of a croissant and a waffle, hence the name. Definitely worth trying!
The cafe opened very recently, but lines already form during the day, so keep that in mind. It’s open from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Monday as a day off.

A Mediterranean restaurant with panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets. Despite being located in the heart of Patong, it still retains a sense of privacy.
The menu features modern Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh local ingredients, along with Thai and international dishes. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared, with clean flavors and elegant presentation. The bar offers refreshing cocktails and a selection of wines that perfectly complement dinner.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM — suitable for both lunch and late-night dinner. Every evening from 9 PM, DJs take over, accompanying your meal with melodic house music.
PAPAJI BANGKOK

Working hours:
Another Indian restaurant near Bangla Road, of which there are already quite a few. Although it opened very recently, it has already received many positive reviews, especially from tourists from India — a true mark of quality!
PAPAJI BANGKOK is the place to go if you want to experience authentic Indian flavors. Menu highlights include biryani (with lamb, chicken, egg, or vegetables), butter chicken, dal makhni, aloo matar, rogan josh, and other local dishes. The menu also separates vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and offers breakfasts, oven-baked goods, Middle Eastern dishes like hummus and falafel, as well as fresh seafood.
Inside, the restaurant has air conditioning, the dining area is clean and quiet, and the atmosphere is relaxed and unobtrusive. The staff are always happy to help with your choice and can adjust dishes to your preferences if Indian cuisine is new to you.
Kukiani Grill

Working hours:
If you miss juicy, smoky meat and soulful outings into nature with a barbecue, we have great news. Kukiani Grill has opened in Rawai — a place literally made for true meat lovers.
Prices are very reasonable: chicken skewers – 120 THB for a standard portion, 160 THB for a large one; pork neck – 160/200 THB; and our favorite – lamb lula kebab: juicy, aromatic, and melts in your mouth!
Fresh vegetables and salads are served with the meat, and the bar has everything that makes a barbecue party perfect: Thai and German beers, juices, and even homemade cranberry juice.
It’s clear this place was made with love: simple, harmonious interior, beautiful evening lighting, and spacious parking for cars and bikes. Perfect for family dinners, meeting friends, or anyone who just wants a tasty and hearty meal.
Bars
So Xorry Phuket Old Town
Geo on Google Maps (Phuket Town)
Working hours:
A small, atmospheric bar in the Old Town where you can escape the tourist crowds, enjoy a cocktail, and listen to live music. Perfect for small groups and couples.
The bar menu delights with classic cocktails: be sure to try the signature Old Town Martini and the “Margarita.” They also serve wine — including, interestingly, Russian wine!
The food menu is small, but everything is worth trying: noodles, sashimi, nuggets, edamame beans, popcorn, and other snacks. So Xorry Phuket Old Town is our recommendation in Old Phuket to unwind, slow down, and relax in a pleasant atmosphere.
DEEP TALK WINE BAR

Working hours:

An intimate wine bar in Phuket Town. The perfect spot for wine lovers — with over 80 selections from around the world, including white, red, and sparkling wines. They even have Cava straight from Spain! If such a choice feels overwhelming, the staff will gladly help you decide. They’ll also recommend snacks: there are various small bites to pair with your wine. And if you want something more substantial, you can order dishes from neighboring establishments — no problem here.
We recommend DEEP TALK WINE BAR to anyone who enjoys sitting with a glass of good wine and philosophizing about life. By the way, you can order either a glass or a whole bottle (why hold back?) — and the prices are very reasonable.
Massage & SPA
You Massage and Hair Spa

Working hours:
Services
A modern spa in Chalong, conveniently located on the main road with spacious parking. The space is bright, featuring natural materials and greenery — creating the perfect setting for total relaxation.
The menu includes Thai and oil massages, foot treatments, and hot stone massages.
The service is thoughtful down to the smallest detail: guests are welcomed with a drink and a cool towel, and before the treatment you can cleanse your feet and enjoy some tea. After the session, it’s nice to linger at the bar with snacks and drinks — they offer hot beverages, light bites, and occasionally a glass of wine. Importantly, the salon maintains cleanliness and a “premium” feel, while keeping prices reasonable.
February brought a host of new spots to Phuket where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks, and relaxation — be sure to stop by and see for yourself!
