Where can you do a beautiful nature photoshoot in Phuket?
Insider's Response
Honestly, it’s hard to think of a better place for a nature photoshoot than Phuket! Beaches are the obvious go-to. Each one is beautiful in its own way, but in popular tourist spots it can be tricky to take photos without other people in the frame. For perfect shots, head to the quieter beaches like Laem Singh and Hua Beach. Clear water, shady tropical trees, and shoreline rocks create the perfect natural backdrop.
There are even more secret spots — like the hidden beach near Promthep Cape, which is not easy to access. But the views, wild setting, and lack of crowds are definitely worth the effort. If you’re not up for an adventurous hike, the Promthep cape itself is great for photos too — just expect some tourist traffic. The best shots are taken during golden hour at sunset.
For stunning views, also check out the Samet Nangshe Viewpoint, Windmill Viewpoint, and Black Rock. These are spacious and offer plenty of great photo spots. On the left side of Nai Thon Beach, you’ll find a jungle staircase — a local Instagram favorite. You can follow it down to the beach and keep the shoot going. The most impressive staircase in Phuket is at Beyond Skywalk Nangshi, often called the “stairway to heaven.” This floating bridge above Phang Nga Bay is a magnet for fans of aesthetic photography.
Phuket’s nature is incredible, but there are also many other great places for striking photoshoots around the island.
