Alchemy Dining by SUAY is a stylish destination in Phuket, located near Srisoonthorn Road, where both design and the guest experience are thoughtfully curated. The interior feels urban yet warmly Phuket-inspired, with bold accents, a cozy atmosphere, and the sense of a new flagship venue. The space is generous and offers several seating formats — different types of bar seating, low tables, and an outdoor area. For special occasions, there is a separate Tasting Room used for wine dinners and private events.

The kitchen centers on modern Asian cuisine with a clear Japanese–Thai character and subtle Western influence. The menu highlights ramen and hand rolls: Niku ramen with a rich, well-balanced flavor, salmon-based broth options, rolls (including foie gras), salads, raw dishes, nigiri, and a crab sandwich. There are also brunch and lunch options — croissants, pumpkin soup, all-day breakfast — as well as Sunday roast and bold hot dishes such as dry-aged red snapper. Presentation is refined, flavors are layered and detail-driven, and the desserts stand out in particular.

Drinks alone are reason enough to visit: the coffee and matcha are of a high standard, and there is an extensive tea selection. Service is attentive and friendly; the staff communicate easily in English and are happy to help with recommendations.

Prices are in the upper range. During peak hours, there may be some inconsistencies in kitchen timing and simultaneous service for two guests; parking can also be tight, especially in the evening.
