You’ll find classics like tom yum, pad thai, pad see ew (including chicken), krapao, fried rice (khao pad), morning glory, papaya salad, and fragrant curries. There are also a few more Western-leaning options, such as pasta (e.g., pesto) and lemon tart, plus hearty choices like shrimp in a chili-garlic sauce, duck or steak with fries, and salmon in a creamy mustard sauce.
