The Thai selection is consistently strong too: som tam (green papaya salad), shrimp fried rice, pad thai, tom kha, massaman curry, chicken satay, basil stir-fries, and seafood — squid is a particular highlight. There are vegetarian options, cocktails and cold beer, and desserts such as banana with coconut. Plates are neatly presented, flavours are bold, and the food isn’t overly greasy or heavy on pungent spices.
