- 1-hour ice bath session with a certified instructor specializing in ice baths and breathwork.
- 30-minute breathwork and meditation exercises.
- 3 rounds of ice bathing (up to 5 minutes each) with special breathing techniques designed to help you immerse yourself in cold water at a temperature of 10–15°C.

Be sure to attend meditation & breathwork in the Sound Bowl class. Sound therapy is a holistic practice that uses vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls to heal the body and mind. During a sound therapy session, a qualified specialist gently strikes or plays the bowls, creating various frequencies that produce soothing sounds and vibrations.
