Hatha Yoga House is located in a secluded, picturesque spot on a mountainside. The intimate hall accommodates up to 6 people. A professional trainer will guide you through the meaning of asanas, help improve flexibility, posture, and coordination, reduce stress levels, and promote relaxation.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Classes are conducted in Russian. Yoga is taught by a certified instructor from the PIYF International School (Rishikesh, India). It is recommended to book in advance, especially during the high tourist season. Yoga mats and blocks are provided for practice.
