If you want to begin your yoga journey, it is essential to choose the right school and find your teacher. InDepth Yoga Academy is a family-run international yoga school accredited by Yoga Alliance. The academy offers classes in Hatha Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, as well as unique programs such as “Yoga for Athletes.”
The studio is located in the Rawai area, surrounded by beautiful nature, creating the perfect environment for a productive practice.
Both one-day and extended meditation sessions are available, along with outdoor classes. The training programs are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, guided by certified and highly skilled instructors.
